When you sign in to our site using your Facebook login details, you give permission to Facebook to share with us your email address and certain aspects of your Facebook profile if you have made these public on your Facebook profile. This only includes your first and last name, age range, link to your Facebook profile and profile picture. We do not have access to updates on your Facebook profile. If you use your Google login details, you give Google permission to share the personal data that you have made public in your Google profile. We will then use this personal data to form a profile for your Fickle Dice Games account. If you remove the connection between site and from your Facebook settings, or from your Google settings, or your Apple ID, we will no longer have access to this data. When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order

- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
We make use of Mailchimp as a newsletter marketing service. When shopping, we may send your email and the basket contents to Mailchimp in order to carry out ‘abandoned cart’ marketing.
In addition, when you are on the checkout screen you have the option to sign up to our newsletter. If you agree to this option some of your data will be passed to Mailchimp, including your email address and name. We will also pass information such as the purchase details such as order number and order content.
